Getting Started with Tick Chart Compare

The Chart Sync Indicator compares bar counts between instruments to find the optimal tick chart interval.

Installation

1. Download from your dashboard or the product page
2. Import via NinjaTrader's import wizard
3. Restart NinjaTrader

Typical Use Case

Compare your MES tick chart with ES 2000 ticks:

1. Open an MES tick chart (e.g., MES 500 ticks)
2. Add the Chart Sync indicator
3. Set the comparison instrument to ES and interval to 2000 ticks
4. Click Sync to adjust your MES chart to the calculated optimal interval

Output Modes

• Difference_Bars — Shows the bar count difference
• Delta_Ticks — Shows the tick difference to add/subtract
• Target_Ticks — Shows the target tick value directly
